Why TailorMe Woman exists, and what we are actually trying to do.
Somebody decided what your body should be.
Every dress on every rail was cut to a block that belongs to nobody — an average, agreed in a factory, then graded up and down. If your shoulders are narrow and your waist is not, if you are long in the body or short in the arm, that is treated as your problem to solve with a tailor, a belt or a compromise.
So a whole industry quietly asks women to change shape, and then sells them the feeling of having failed to. We think that is the wrong way round, and it is the only reason this studio exists.
We move the pattern, not you.
A fresh paper pattern is drafted to your measurements, for you alone, and it is kept and refined every time you come back. Nothing is graded, nothing is taken in at the seams and called bespoke.
What that buys is not extravagance. It is the ordinary relief of putting something on and not thinking about it again all evening — no shoulder that pulls, no waist that sits an inch high, no hem you keep checking.

We keep your pattern on file so each of those can be cut to the same body, years apart, without starting from nothing every time. That is what a tailor is for.
